50k will have 9 water stations. (miles 4, 8, 12.75, 15.5, 18, 21.5, 23, 26.5, 28.5)
Each water station will have water, Heed, bananas and other snacks.
25k/50k runners will be provided Hammer gels in orange, raspberry, tropical and vanilla flavors. We highly recommend carrying your own water as the trails and weather are unpredictable.
First aid kits are on hand at water stations. A medical volunteer will be stationed at the main event site available to be dispatched out to course if needed.
What is the parking situation?
In Riverside State Park parking passes are required for all vehicles. You can purchase a Discover Pass in advance or day of.
Keep an eye out for the parking director and please follow their directions.
What Awards will be presented?
The top three finishers in each race, age group and gender. (Female/Male/Non-Binary)

Awards ceremony will immediately follow each race. * The top three finishers in each category will be announced by name and invited to the podium to receive their medal. What if I decide to run a shorter distance once I have started the race?
If prior to online registration closing, head to Runsignup.com Otherwise, you must notify officials at the finish line of the change.
Is the course clearly marked?
The course will be clearly marked with directional arrows and mile markers.
If you do not have a log in created with one of the map choices listed you will need to create one and download the app to your mobile device. There is no cost involved.
Will I be running any part of the course more than once?
All distances are designed so that participants will not repeat any part of the course more than once
Is there a cut off for the 50k course?
Yes, to continued on with a supported/runner tracked course you need to make it through the 50k check-point (start/finish) by 11:45 am
Are pets allowed on the course?
Pets are not allowed due to the narrow trails and nature of the course.
Are strollers allowed on the course?
Strollers are not allowed due to the narrow trails and unpredictable trail terrain.
Will there be food?
In addition to providing some of the best post-race snacks around, there will be a food truck and espresso vendor on site.
